Low Volume Road Project
PUBLIC NOTICE
Sealed proposals will be received by Wattsburg Borough, Erie County, Pennsylvania, 14431 Main Street, PO Box 136, Wattsburg, PA 16442 until 10:00 am Friday July 31, 2026 for the following Low Volume Road Project:
A. MATERIALS/EXCAVATION/INSTALLATION OF DRAINAGE FEATURES AND ROAD SUBBASE TO BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2026
B. PLACEMENT OF NEW ASPHALT DRIVING SURFACE (ASPHALT BASE COURSE AND SCRATCH/WEARING COURSE TO BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER 1, 2026
To request bid packages, contact Sarah at 814-651-1148 or the Erie County Conservation District at 814-825-6403. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to Wattsburg Borough.
Wattsburg Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wattsburg Borough Council will vote on proposed Ordinance No. 2026-1, to Fix Compensation for Council and Mayor and Ratifying Prior Payments, on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Borough Building, 14431 Main St, Wattsburg, PA 16442.
Summary: Fixes monthly regular pay at $50.00 and special meeting pay at $25.00 for Council and the Mayor; ratifies past identical payments; and repeals conflicting ordinances (including No. 2010-5). New rates apply only upon the start of new official terms.
